Motusmentis created Ikona by drawing inspiration from the ground-plan traditions of the oriental minimal and Japanese art; the compositions allow “to mark” a wall with a graphic original identification point, or to have separations between spaces or rooms with a surprising air suspension effect. The base element (mm 250 x 250) can be joined to other same elements to create vertical and horizontal developments, different in sizes and colours, only by alternating their succession.
